Veggie Beef Soup
Ingredients
1lb of beef stew meat
Vegetables of your choice (at least 4-5 types)
One onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 large bottle of V8 or Spicy V8 juice
2 cups of beef broth
Directions
- Fry up the stew meat until just browned
- Wash and rough chop all the veggies and the garlic and onion
- Put all of the ingredients in a slow cooker Set to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours depending.
- Add more beef broth or water if the liquid does not cover everything
