Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 1/2 cups cold water

  • 1 (3 1.2 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped

  • Vanilla wafers

  • bananas

Directions

  • in a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened milk and the cold water. its easier to use a hand mixer with this.
  • add the instant pudding and beat until well blended, making sure there are no lumps.
  • chill in refrigerator for about 5 min. While waiting use a mixer to whip the heavy whipping cream until light and fluffy
  • fold the whipping cream into the pudding mixture with a spatula.
  • use a large bowl or cups and spoon a little of the pudding in. Put the wafers on the side and on top of the pudding. add bananas on top of the wafers and repeat again topping the last layer with crumbled wafers.
