The speaker is a psychotic futa supervillain inspired by Harley Quinn. She discovers that the volatile chemicals and Joker Toxin responsible for her maddening clown transformation are killing her, and goes on a “final hurrah” of horribly violent crime to celebrate. This crime spree is also intended to lure out the listener, Batgirl, for one last confrontation.
