Cottage Pie

I adapted a few different recipes to make this my own. Some people like more gravy so you can always double that if you want.

Ingredients

  • 500g Ground Beef

  • 1/2 Onion

  • 1/4Tsp Sage, Thyme and Rosemary(dried)

  • 4 Tablespoons Worcester Sauce

  • 4 Tablespoons of butter

  • 4 Tablespoons of flour

  • 3 Cups of beef broth

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2-3 Cups of mashed potatos

  • 566g Frozen vegetable mix

Directions

  • Make the Make the mashed potatoes.
  • Brown the beef and drain. Add spices and frozen veggies and cook for 2-3 min.
  • In a separate skillet, melt butter, add flour, then wisk in Worcestershire and beef broth. Cook until it thickens and then add to beef mixture. e beef and drain
  • Put beef and veggies into a pan, top with mashed potatoes and broil until mashed potatoes are slightly brown.mashed Potatoand frozen veg and cook for 2-3 minutes
